Role
- Report to the Project Manager as required and provide regular project updates.
- Ensure all client requirements and specifications are met in accordance with approved plans.
- Monitor labor, material, and equipment usage to control costs and prevent unnecessary expenses.
- Supervise on-site construction activities and communicate instructions from the Project Manager to site teams.
- Identify, report, and address issues that may negatively impact project cost, schedule, or quality.
- Prepare and manage work schedules, including sequencing and coordination of on-site tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other project stakeholders as required.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with applicable safety regulations, standards, and site safety procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works.
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in high-rise or tower MEP systems.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal communication.
- Willingness and ability to work at project sites in provincial locations.
- Strong hardworking, reliable, honest, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
