Assistant Project Manager

Role

  1. Report to the Project Manager as required and provide regular project updates.
  2. Ensure all client requirements and specifications are met in accordance with approved plans.
  3. Monitor labor, material, and equipment usage to control costs and prevent unnecessary expenses.
  4. Supervise on-site construction activities and communicate instructions from the Project Manager to site teams.
  5. Identify, report, and address issues that may negatively impact project cost, schedule, or quality.
  6. Prepare and manage work schedules, including sequencing and coordination of on-site tasks.
  7. Collaborate effectively with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other project stakeholders as required.
  8. Ensure all construction activities comply with applicable safety regulations, standards, and site safety procedures

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works.
  3. Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in high-rise or tower MEP systems.
  4. Good command of English, both written and verbal communication.
  5. Willingness and ability to work at project sites in provincial locations.
  6. Strong hardworking, reliable, honest, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
