Role
- Update HSE Department Organizational Chart & Job description & Workflow.
- Developing HSE Plan, Policy and Procedure, SOP (Followed to the local law & Clients).
- Check Job safety analysis and Hazard Risk assessment in the MOS.
- Update Monthly Safety Statistic Accident report.
- Update HSE Violence & Grievance system.
- Lead Monthly HSE Committee Meeting.
- Attend weekly/ Monthly management meetings.
- Conduct HSE Self-Assessment/ Internal audit & CAP.
- Provide HSE internal training to HSE Committee.
- Update legal and other requirements related to HSE.
- Attend other External/ Internal training program related to HSE.
- Review toolbox talk/ on health, safety and the environment.
- Checked & Verified Power Tools & PPE inspection.
- Checked/ Verified HSE Induction/ Orientation to newcomers.
- Checked & Verified Accident/ Incident Investigation Report.
- Checked & Verified Violence letter from HSE site.
- Updated work performance evaluation of the HSE team on a monthly/ annual basis..
- Update various HSE signs or Safety labeling.
- Checked & Verified Weekly, Monthly HSE Reports.
- Update Monthly HSE Report.
- Other tasks assigned by Operation Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Health, Safety, and Environment roles, preferably in construction.
- Strong knowledge of local HSE laws and regulations, client requirements, and international standards including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HSE policies, procedures, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
- Demonstrated capability in conducting HSE audits, incident investigations, and corrective/preventive action management.
- Experience in leading HSE committees, delivering training programs, and promoting a positive safety culture.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HSE reporting systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and interact effectively with all levels of management and site personnel.
