HSE Manager

Role

  1. Update HSE Department Organizational Chart & Job description & Workflow.
  2. Developing HSE Plan, Policy and Procedure, SOP (Followed to the local law & Clients).
  3. Check Job safety analysis and Hazard Risk assessment in the MOS.
  4. Update Monthly Safety Statistic Accident report.
  5. Update HSE Violence​ & Grievance system.
  6. Lead Monthly​ HSE Committee Meeting.
  7. Attend weekly/ Monthly management meetings.
  8. Conduct HSE Self-Assessment/ Internal audit & CAP.
  9. Provide HSE internal training to HSE Committee.
  10. Update legal and other requirements related to HSE.
  11. Attend other External/ Internal training program related to HSE.
  12. Review toolbox talk/ on health, safety and the environment.
  13. Checked & Verified Power Tools & PPE inspection.
  14. Checked/ Verified HSE Induction/ Orientation to newcomers.
  15. Checked & Verified Accident/ Incident Investigation Report.
  16. Checked & Verified Violence letter from HSE site.
  17. Updated work performance evaluation of the HSE team on a monthly/ annual basis..
  18. Update various HSE signs or Safety labeling.
  19. Checked & Verified Weekly, Monthly HSE Reports.
  20. Update Monthly HSE Report.
  21. Other tasks assigned by Operation Manager.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related technical discipline.
  2. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Health, Safety, and Environment roles, preferably in construction.
  3. Strong knowledge of local HSE laws and regulations, client requirements, and international standards including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
  4. Proven experience in developing and implementing HSE policies, procedures, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
  5. Demonstrated capability in conducting HSE audits, incident investigations, and corrective/preventive action management.
  6. Experience in leading HSE committees, delivering training programs, and promoting a positive safety culture.
  7. Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
  8. Proficient in MS Office applications and HSE reporting systems.
  9. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and interact effectively with all levels of management and site personnel.
