Site Manager

Role

1. Review and implement Method Statements, shop drawings, installation procedures to
   ensure work is executed according to project specifications.
2. Coordinate with QA/QC, engineering, and project teams to conduct internal inspections and submit installation
   inspection requests.
3. Plan and manage site installation schedules (daily, weekly, and monthly) to ensure project timelines are achieved.
4. Prepare and submit daily site activity reports and update project progress to the Project Manager.
5. Manage and control site resources, including manpower, tools, and materials required for installation works.
6. Supervise and lead Site Supervisors and installation teams to ensure work quality, productivity, and compliance
   with project requirements.
7. Ensure all site activities follow safety regulations, company policies, and project standards (HSE).
8. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth site operations.
9. Identify site issues and provide solutions to avoid delays or technical problems.
10. Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum 7 years of working experience in MEP projects, including site management experience.
3. Strong knowledge of MEP installation, project coordination, and site operations.
4. Basic computer skills, including MS Office and project documentation.
5. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
6. Good planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
8. Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external stakeholders
