Role
- Review and implement Method Statements, shop drawings, installation procedures to
ensure work is executed according to project specifications. - Coordinate with QA/QC, engineering, and project teams to conduct internal inspections and submit installation
inspection requests. - Plan and manage site installation schedules (daily, weekly, and monthly) to ensure project timelines are achieved.
- Prepare and submit daily site activity reports and update project progress to the Project Manager.
- Manage and control site resources, including manpower, tools, and materials required for installation works.
- Supervise and lead Site Supervisors and installation teams to ensure work quality, productivity, and compliance
with project requirements. - Ensure all site activities follow safety regulations, company policies, and project standards (HSE).
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth site operations.
- Identify site issues and provide solutions to avoid delays or technical problems.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in MEP projects, including site management experience.
- Strong knowledge of MEP installation, project coordination, and site operations.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and project documentation.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external stakeholders
