Admin Officer

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Maintain administration documents (issue announcement, created form, issue memo, agreement, contract, policy, or concept note Letter in, Letter out, filling…)
  2. Maintain inventory of office supplies (stationary, Fixed asset, staff uniform (PPE) )
  3. Ensure office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times.
  4. Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment  
  5. Coordinate meeting and seminars program and preparing a meeting report
  6. Maintain general office environment (Office Property, security, office Environment)
  7. Arrange travel and accommodations
  8. Other task assigned by admin manager

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor Degree in Public administration or Management  
  2. At least 1 year experiences
  3. Having strong commitment in completing all kind of tasks
  4. Having strong communication skill and able to work as a team
  5. Fast learner, efficiency work, high responsibility, able to work under pressure
  6. Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point,)
  7. Able to use English both speaking and writing
