Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage overall for Project Operation.
- Control all staff, Material and Tools at Project Site.
- Quality and safety control at workplace.
- Prepare and complete action plans.
- Check daily report.
- Communicate another team issue.
- Submit all document that related to the Project.
- Arrangement Schedule for project.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Engineer or Equivalent.
- Work Experian at least 5 years.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Leadership and coaching skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
- Cost and risk management skills.
- Ability to make important decisions under pressure.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to manage employees, while multitasking large projects.
