Duties and Responsibilities
- Scope of work management
- Time, quality and integration Management
- Managing &leading MEP team on site
- Prepare a detail plan and conclude the main activity for managing work
- Managing and modify any changes in the scope of work project
- Monitoring project expense to align with pre-planned cash flows
- Ensure that the project implement in accordance with the pre-planned Criteria
- Manage and coordinating with project Stakeholder (Owner consultant contractor….)
- Monitoring and managing the transmitted with project that need to send to project stakeholder
- Monitoring and controlling the VO and progress claim
- Follow up and manage achieve of project document
- Monitoring and control in the procurement material that need to use in the project
- Monitoring and control in the material in warehouse report
- Monitoring and manage the workforce budget
- Delivering the project according to plan and reporting on its status to owner and consultant.
Job Requirements
- Master or Bachelor Degree of Mechanical and electrical Engineer or Equivalent
- Work experience at least 15 years with MEP Project
- Able to manage multi project
- Basic computer skills required (Ms. Word, Excel, PPT, outlook, CAD, Ms. project
- Excellent Communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
- Strong understand of formal project management methodologies
- Cost and risk manage skills
- Ability to make importance decision under pressure
- Time management Skills
- Ability to manage employees, while multitasking large projects.
