- BOQ (Bill of Quantities) Preparation
- Prepare BOQ of main works, ensuring all requirements, brands, and specification standards are met.
- Develop BOQ for fitting works with clear descriptions, units, and quantities.
- Provide detailed breakdowns of accessories, supports, and installation materials.
- Request and collect updated quotations from suppliers based on approved specifications and brands.
- Compare and evaluate costing, BOQ, specifications, suppliers, and brands against tender requirements to select technically and commercially compliant items.
- Progress Claim
- Prepare IPC (Interim Payment Certificate) cover sheet including project details, period, and claim number.
- Summarize claim by trade (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire).
- Prepare breakdown of current claim versus previously certified amounts.
- Include claim for Variation Orders (VO).
- Prepare retention and adjustment summaries.r requirements to select technically and commercially compliant items.
- Variation Order (VO)
- Prepare and maintain summary list VO report for tracking requests, approvals, and statuses.
- Review and update BOQ to reflect approved variation works accurately.
- Prepare VO costing, including estimation, analysis, and justification of cost impacts with full documentation and control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Have experience 3 Year up in MEP industry
- Having strong commitment in completing all kind of tasks
- Having strong communication skill
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to use Auto Cad, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and/or Power Point)
- Able to use English both speaking and writing
